Well, backup from a ZIP disk to the hard drive in Linux is as easy as
this:
        cp /dev/zip /backups/zip-020499
        gzip /backups/zip-020499

or (I imagine this works, but I'm not sure) using gzip with a flag that
might create a seperate gzipped file.

Depending on speed, it shouldn't take very long, unless you're popping a
parallel zip drive.
