A couple of months ago, I posted this which had a synchronicity involved 
telling me I should try it myself;

B12 injections have been used for a long time by politicians and people 
in the entertainment industry, says Dr Steve Hajioff Sometimes the

The shot contains a whopping 500 times the recommended daily dose of the

needles, says Dr Hajioff. The B12 - known scientifically as 
hydroxocobalamin - is dark red.

It takes a few seconds to inject one milligram. A week later we all 
reported the same outcomes: increased energy levels, better sleep and a 
feeling of sharpness. But vitamin B12 is not addictive, says Dr Hajioff.

And there is no evidence to suggest that you can overdose on it. We 
don't know why it makes people feel so good, says Dr Hajioff. But 70 
per cent of patients report positive results. And Ive never heard of 
any side-effects."

Thought I might try that to see what happens but didn't pursue it.  The 
other day, sitting in a local cafe talking to another Texan, I saw a 
friend from New York walking by.

He stopped in to shoot the breeze (chat) and I couldn't help but notice 
the spring in his step, his face had a very good color and his eyes 
sparkled.

Joking around I asked, "What happened to you did you get laid?"  He 
laughed and asked "Why do you ask?"  Told him how good he looked and he 
said he was glad to hear that being 67 years old.

He said he'd taken a B12 shot about an hour earlier, which he takes once 
a week.  This was enough for me, so I went to the local farmacia 
(drugstore in Mexico)...and the lady pharmicist took me to the bathroom, 
lowered my shorts for a shot in the nalgas (butt cheek) and she gave me 
a shot I didn't even FEEL becuause the needle was so fine.  Cost: $2.60

Didn't notice anything until that night when I felt 'flushed' and noted 
my hands were hot and red from increased blood flow and 
'libido'...(LOL).  The effect included increased energy and 'sense of 
well-being' and lasted about 3 days.

I waited one week with no side effects and had another injection the 
next Monday, 7 days later.  Same thing, increased blood flow and energy 
levels which lasted about 3-5 days.

A local Mexican friend tells me the 5 needle pack is called Bedoyeta in 
Spanish, so I asked the lady pharmacist for it, she gave me one shot 
from the pack which cost about $15 for the 'kit'.  Always leery of 
injections and totally afraid of doing anything like that to MYSELF!!!

But hey, time to try it, so I waited the 3 days between shots she 
recommended, then did the alcohol swabbing, push to remove any air from 
the hypodermic, then gave myself a shot, didn't even feel the needle go 
in, it is so fine!

Very slow push for about a minute or so to make the injection, remove 
the needle, apply alcohol doped tissue, wait 3 minutes to stop bleeding, 
then do some mild excercise for circulation and thats it!

Did this for 15 days, waiting 3 days between shots...no negative 
effects, pain or problems in the least and I now understand why people 
do this when they need a 'boost'.
