I've heard of Siptrott and remember posting information about him and 
his correlation to Clem many years ago on the discussion 
list..unfortunately, the eScribe archive would have that info and isn't 
likely to ever come back up again. A search provides some detail;

The US patent 4357797 of Siptrott Fred M can also give some ideas how to 
recycle the kinetic energy of the exit stream, convert it to pressure, 
and feed it back to the pump (even if his claims about his device are 
incorrect).

He has been at this since 1966 with 4 patents now, surely some of it 
must work?

Another object of my present invention is to provide hydrocentrifugal 
machines which incorporate the advantages of turbines which utilize two 
fields of energy in one operation, namely, high and low pressure, such 
as the high and low pressure turbines of my said U.S. Pat. No. 3,877,835.

In accordance with an additional principal feature of my invention 
hydrocentrifugal machines are provided in which the respective rotors 
embody my vortex-expeller-converter invention, which rotors operate on 
the basis of a universal law which I call the "inclined circle law," the 
operation of which law results in a kinetic differential of mass...

The patent from 1982 shows his address as;

Santa Rosa, CA 95401

Since his first patent was 1966 and he must have been at least 20 years 
old  at that time...up to now, would make him roughly 20+34+5 = 59 years 
of age at a minimum, so there is hope he might still be around.

A phone/address search for him says;  We're sorry. Your search returned 
no results.

Birth/Death records finds;

Name:   Fred M. Siptrott
Birth:  dd mm year
Death:  dd mm 1999 - city, Sonoma, California, United States of America
Civil:  Illinois

Which indicates he died in 1999.  Sonoma is pretty close to Santa Rosa, 
about 15-20 miles according to Yahoo maps;

Another loss....but the question always arises, what happened to their 
models and research, usually thrown away as garbage by the families or 
estate executors.
