P.S. Anybody knows about a dental probe device(!) that could prevent 
caries in teeth and prevent a root canal treatment. If your tooth is
infected and has an abcess it tends to kill the nerve hence  the only
options are either a root canal treatment(expensive,even in Canada)
or the extraction of the said tooth..(expensive too)

About the dental thing....within the last month or two someone sent in
info about a patented process that uses OZONE to treat dental conditions

As for Jaguar...I can't say that I've seen it in their ads, but I've
been getting spam email saying WE CURE ANYTHING...not sure who it is,
will post a sample here for the archive.

If this guy, like so many others, hinted or stated outright that he
could CURE anything, he's lost...you can't even legally say you can cure
stress!

Usually when things like this happen, there is a deeper undercurrent to
the story where the person actually screwed up....in the reported
stories, that screwup is conveniently omitted trying to get sympathy for
the person.

Your first link is nonfunctional, the 2nd works but doesn't give details
of the case.

Stating one of his herb preparations sold contained an illegal drug.

And as an inducement to buy his products;

I think he screwed up with these claims that appear to conflict with the
disclaimer;

    A. Black Box is effective in treating cancer, AIDS, hepatitis, Gulf
War Syndrome, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and rheumatoid arthritis.

    B. Magnetic Pulser, together with the Black Box, is effective in
treating cancer, AIDS, hepatitis, Gulf War Syndrome, Chronic Fatigue
Syndrome and rheumatoid arthritis.

    C. Magnetic Multi-Pulser is effective in treating cancer, localized
infections and diseases caused by the herpes virus.

    D. Beck-Rife unit, Portable Rife Frequency Generator, PC-Rife #1,
PC-Rife #2, and PC-Rife #3 are effective in treating cancer and other
serious diseases.

    E. D. Black Box, Magnetic Pulser and Magnetic Multi-Pulser, used as
directed, deactivate disease-causing viruses, bacteria (including
drug-resistant bacteria), fungi and other parasites in humans.

    F. Miracle Herbs product is effective in treating cancers of all
types, AIDS, bacterial infections and viral infections.

10. The acts and practices of respondent as alleged in this complaint
constitute unfair or deceptive acts or practices, and the making of
false advertisements, in or affecting commerce in violation of Sections
5(a) and 12 of the Federal Trade Commission Act.

It looks like he went way too far in his claims and maybe got too big,
selling too many devices that people related to their doctors.

I would think the disclaimer would shield him since use of the device is
fully at the option of the person using it.

But in these paranoid and invasive times, any excuse is sufficient and I 
think laws can be 'bent' to target anyone deemed a problem or potential 
threat for any of a multitude of reasons.  This happens in Mexico which 
is why the smart guys include a few Mexicans in their business 
activities to minimize mischief seekers.

Seems it has always been so with anything related to medical.

I remember years ago, having met and hung out with Ed Skilling and the
late Bob Beck...Ed was big into Rife devices, selling them at conferences.

When everyone was in the room for his presentation, they would announce
that they were going to close and LOCK the doors, so that the meeting
would become private and nothing said could be used against anyone.  All
present agreed, they locked the door.

The late Dean Stonier, the organizer of the excellent Global Sciences
Congresses announced that if there were any federal or law enforcement
or employees were present, they must stand and identify themselves
now....he said this 3 times and no one stood up.

He said the fact that they did not identify themselves (if present) in a
locked room, meant anything quoted from this meeting had no validity in
court because it was our 'right to assembly.  After this, Ed described
his work with the Rife machines and claimed cures of all kinds of
things.  Not a good thing to do.

A few months after this conference, I was working around the house, had
the TV on I think it was 'Hard Copy' and heard them say something about
Ed Skilling being busted.  I rushed to watch....Ed was at I think a
World Health Expo and someone was wearing a hidden camera which caught
Ed openly selling his devices claiming he could cure cancer
outright...he said this many times and was questioned to get him to
further entrap himself.  After this, he was taken to jail and I think he
worked out some plea bargain, with a fine, not able to sell the devices
anymore and some other details but he did do jail time.

So one cannot make claims or affix false or misleading information
regarding 'reversed', 'treating' or a 'cure'.

Sad to hear about the guy getting busted, but I think based on the 
evidence, he went too far in his claims.
