Distributions and Xinerama etc.

Since it appears that there will soon be a Xinerama module, I 
should not that just like with the ugly Xft patches, I will 
have nothing to do with distributions that enable this module
by default, and their users. (But then again, Linux is turning
into a pile of steaming shit, so maybe I'll just switch to
Windows soon, and have nothing to do with Ion or Linux at all.)
