Local links are not resolved in book (between source documents).  This is 
really a showstopper for producing high quality documents using doxia book.  
Links to anchors in the same source document work (pdf and xdoc except for 
DOXIA-368).  But I can't see a way to create links between source documents 
that work in all book formats.  Maybe I missed a trick?
