Very likely is that you haven't defined any print range. When the Page Break
Preview (see the Format menu) doesn't show any defined pages, then please
define a print range first (see the Format menu). For more details about print
ranges please see the respective Help topic (see menu "Help - OpenOffice
Help").
PS:
Please make sure that your OpenOffice is not too old. Version 4.0.0 is quite
old and should be updated.
