I erased the user profile, as I said I deleted everything left behind as far as
I can tell. None of the settings I had were kept after I manually erased all
the things. 
I particularly erased everything under
C:\Users\MyUSerName\AppData\Roaming\OpenOffice\4

If there's anything else I should do, like a registry key deletion, let me
know. But I couldn't find it.

I don't know why it has been marked as not an issue, there's clearly something
going on. Please do not dismiss the issue.
