[ISTA-talk]Physics first

I know that there has been a movement to change the order in which HS
science courses are taught, not alphabetically( biology, chemistry, physics)
but Physics First.  I believe the movement was started/supported by Leon
Lederman.  I have not been able to locate any documentation on this though.
Any suggestions?  Is there a more appropriate name to the movement that
Physics First?  Any help is welcome.  Thanx
