How embarrassing! All this time I've been wondering, as I looked at these 
apparent duplicate entries, missing the second set of square brackets. [Making 
a note to get my eyeglass prescription checked. It's been over 15 years.] :-)

Thanks for the explanation. What I'm seeing is the two-dimensional variant 
appears first, but that doesn't matter, now that I see the difference.
