This is also "allowed"... Just know that you'll end up with most of your
"developers" brainstorming cluttered with users post, and you can't just say
"get off and post to the users list" :) :) :)

Well, right now commons-dev@jakarta is an alias to jakarta-commons, we could
reverse it..

I'm no committer, but I like your votes...

BTW, I can simply resubscribe everyone from one to the other, there's no
need to unsub from one and manually sub to the new list... I'll just "move"
things smoothly (you won't even notice the difference!)
