But, I think it depends upon when and how you got your initial subscription. I purchased mine at Staples last May, when I think they had some sort of a special going on. I think you can do that by going to www.office.com, click on turn on automatic renewal, that should help you, if you want audomatic renewal turned on, especially, if you have a yearly subscription.
