jde-dbs.el uses nonexisting function

Hi,

during my process of trying to get JDEBug running on XEmacs, I got an
error, that oref-engine is undefined.  It turns out, that jde-dbs.el
is calling that function which was part of eieio as included in
earlier JDEs.

It seems that the function oref-engine is know called eieio-oref in
eieio-0.15.  I think this should be fixed.
