Craig; Yes, I am still seeing the problem. I am using rrdtool 1.3.1 if that might cause an issue, I know jffnms only has 1.1 and 1.2 in the list of options for rrdtool. I could downgrade but since all other graphs are working properly it seems that rrdtool is not the issue QED.
If you could provide some debugging assistance I would appreciate it. What's the best way to run the poller by hand to see if the results are skewed? Btw I have also tried this using snmp 1 (instead of 2c) which did not help, though I seem to recall it did a couple of versions ago.
