Hi Mahen,

JiBX doesn't pay any attention to DTD declarations, but it's possible 
the parser could be trying to retrieve this. Do you know whether you're 
using the XPP XMLPull parser, or a StAX parser? Or if you don't know the 
parser, what jars are in your classpath?
