As far as I know... justru base path nya malah WEB-INF/classes... Kalo mau taro di WEB-INF... kadang benerapa App Server kagak kasi... Soal nya berarti kalo lu mau dapetin resource nya... harus pake ../ Dan ini gak di kasi... Cobain dulu deh... di debug... liat stack trace nya... FileNotFound kah? Ato yang laen...
