Hello! I am honestly unsure how Kaboodle would run under WinNT 4.0.
If you'd like to try it out for me, try this installer:
ftp://ftp.echogent.com/Kaboodle/beta/Kaboodle_27Aug05.exe
That's the same as 1.02, I just removed the installer restriction.
