There is not much there to it, actually. If a jit is available, then you 
can ask configure to build it for you using
--with-engine=jit or --with-engine=ji3. But you shouldn't have to 
specify that, anyway, as the configure
script checkes whether a jit engine exists, and configures the build 
automatically to make it.
