i have a small team (not from one group) that will be helping me with
the perl jobs list. i want a page (not careermosaic) with info about
perl jobs, how to post jobs (a form is a good idea), info, etc. 

then perl.org, pm.org amd ww.perl.com can all point to that page (hosted
on perl.org?) and we can publicize it to agencies, web sites, companies,
etc.

this doesn't require much work (moderating the list is the only ongoing
thing).

any thoughts?
