POSITION:
Internet Systems Programmer/Analyst -- #13
Interactive Media
Research & Information Services
HOURS:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
TRAVEL:
Approximately 3-5 days travel per year
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Programming/application development for AAFP's web site, Facilitates
maintenance of Web databases and content. Provides Internet technology
assessment and implementation. Participates in Web site design/layout
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Requires degree in a technical area such as programming or
computer science PLUS three to four years of closely related
experience. Knowledge of PERL required. Experience with UNIX and LDAP
is strongly preferred. Good interpersonal and communication skills,
service oriented, and the ability to organize and accomplish diverse
programming projects necessary. This is a full time project position
that will last at least one year, possibly longer.
