Topic: Threat Briefing

Presenter:Ray Semko is known to many in the defense communities as the
"DICE Man". Mr. Semko presents a provocative, uncompromising, even
irreverent look at the world of cyber espionage. With more than 30
years of
military and government and counterespionage experience, he is most
closely
associated with his Defense Information to Counter Espionage (DICE)
briefings initially created for the Defense Intelligence Agency.

Mr. Semko's DICE briefings effectively go to the heart of the message of

countering the threat through operational security and personal
responsibility. He explains who the players are, their targets, their
modus operandi and most importantly, how employees can protect the
information they handle.

The DICE Man is a live wire - entertaining as he is informative. He is
sure to keep you on the edge of your seat, and guaranteed not to put you

to sleep. Mr. Semko's DICE briefings have been so highly requested
that, if his schedule permitted, he could give one every day of the
year. These briefings remain so popular because he revamps them yearly
to keep the threat information viable.
