AGENTS OF THE GERMAN STATE ARE FOUNDERS, THEORETICIANS AND LEADERS OF THE
RACIST PARTY!

The truth is clear:
RACISM IS NOT UNDER THE PROTECTION OF THE STATE, IT IS UNDER THE DIRECTION
OF
THE STATE!

On the same day that revolutionary organisations were banned by the German
state, the racist National Democratic Party of Germany (NPD) somehow "could
not be banned"! The Constitutional Court of Germany has halted the legal
proceedings concerned with closing down the racist NPD. This was because it
was becoming obvious that some of leading members and directors of the
racist
party, that is, the NPD, were agents of the Constitutional Protection
Organisation (in German, Verfassungsschutz). A witness of the Interior
Ministry produced in the proceedings aimed at closing the party turned out
to
be one of these agents. The case put forward for banning the NPD had
depended
on the statements of this agent in his capacity as a party leader. And
because of this the Constitutional Court halted proceedings!

The German state support and incitement of racism came to light. The state
agent was no ordinary member of the NPD. He was one of the FOUNDERS of the
NPD. He was one of its LEADERS. During the trial by the Constitutional Court
it came out that this agent "played an active role in preparing texts
containing anti-Semitism and xenophobia".

The trial aimed at closing down the NPD opened in a climate of revulsion in
German public opinion against racist attacks. But the German state had no
intention of banning the racist party.

It is continuing a policy of distracting peoples' attention. However, the
truth coming to light and so it will have to step up the distractions in
order to cover up this reality.

THE GERMAN STATE'S DOSSIER IS CRAMMED FULL OF ITS SUPPORT AND FOSTERING OF
RACISM This is not the first time the German state has used and paid the
salaries of racists. Recall how, when in June 2000 on ZDF television the
confessions of a Nazi leader by the name of Thomas Dienel were broadcast, in
which he stated that he was an agent of the Constitutional Protection
Organisation, adding whom he was used against and what he did with the money
that the Constitutional Protection Organisation paid him. Dienel confessed
that the money he got from the Constitutional Protection Organisation was us
ed to organise Nazis and they had carried out provocations against left-wing
organisations.

It can be seen that this is a matter of state policy.
The German state encourages and supports the efforts by Nazis to organise
themselves.

The German state both organises racism through its agents and uses
provocations to ban the left and pass jail sentences against it.

ONCE AGAIN WE ASK:
What provocations did you resort to in order to ban the DHKP-C, and whom
were
you using as agents? Will you state which agents you used against the
DHKP-C?

The racist party's role in about a hundred thousand violent attacks is clear
even from police files, but the same German state that could not ban the
NPD,
on the pretext that there were Constitutional Protection Organisation agents
playing a clear role in a number of incidents, was able to ban on the
DHKP-C.

What kind of law is that? What sort of state mentality is that? This is the
proof that the German state is still guided by Nazi methods and the spirit
of
Nazism.

The German Chief Prosecutor's Office state that it "had no authority" to do
anything against racist attacks, while Interior Minister Otto Schily
defended
himself with nonsense excuses such as saying that the Nazis "are not against
the state, they lack organisation, they are autonomous, they have no leaders
and they act on their own initiative."

Who can believe that an Interior Minister who says such things could really
have wanted to close down the NPD?

The Interior Minister, the Constitutional Protection Organisation
collaborate
with the Nazis against the revolutionaries. This is the truth.

The proof of this is none other than the way that the German state used the
pretext of its agents being involved in some incidents as a way to somehow
avoid closing down the NPD, while the DHKP-C was declared banned, as was the
Kurtulus newspaper which is not connected to it.

Look at what the Constitutional Protection Organisation has done.
Agents have FOUNDED a racist party.

Agents have been the means whereby other Nazis have obtained money to
organise themselves. And that same Constitutional Protection Organisation
uses agents provocateurs, attacks and confessions as tools to ban
revolutionary organisations.

How is this a protection of the "Constitution"? What kind of constitution is
being protected? A Nazi constitution?

IT HAS BECOME CLEAR THAT THE BAN ON THE DHKP-C WAS ILLEGAL EVEN UNDER
GERMANY'S OWN LAWS AND LEGISLATION.
If the trial aimed at banning the racist NPD was stopped and the ban
prevented on the grounds that the "chief witness" was an agent of the
Constitutional Protection Organisation, then thoughts must arise about the
trial at which the DHKP-C was banned on the basis of attacks which were
directed by agents of the Constitutional Protection Organisation.
And the decades of prison sentences passed against dozens of people "for the
reason that that they are DHKP-C", based on the fraudulent confessions of a
ne'er-do-well who became a Constitutional Protection Organisation agent,
must
be quashed.
