That was bug#107700[1] On one hand, it is possible in the code to display the same string for different font weights. So that terminology differences in font files are hidden from the user if the different names mean the same thing. For example the "standard", "regular" and "medium" styles coming from font files are all displayed as "Normal" in the UI[2]. On the other hand, I know nothing about the font industry, so I just made every unique font style name that came up translatable. There is certainly room for a bit of improvement here.
