All tickets sold at the door will be $25. <http://www.mpac.org/images/mpacnews/gaza-concert-hi.jpg> Benefit Concert for Gaza The Gaza Benefit Concert is an opportunity to raise our voices for the voiceless people of Gaza, who are suffering horrifically from Israel's brutal attack on their neighborhoods. Why Are We Doing This? In only three weeks, the invasion of Gaza has claimed the lives of 1,200 Palestinians and 13 Israelis. We believe that military action and senseless killing on both sides are not the answer to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Music is a powerful tool of creativity, reflection and action. Through this apolitical event, we hope to raise awareness of the conflict, raise funds for humanitarian relief, and mobilize the public to action. Bringing together musicians, actors and civic leaders, the Gaza Benefit Concert is an opportunity to raise our voices for the voiceless people of Gaza, who are suffering horrifically from Israel's attack on their neighborhoods.
