There doesn't seem to many books purely on Chantilly. Ulrike Voelker's (nee 
Ulrike Lohr) book "Schwartzarbeit Book 2" contains patterns graded by 
difficulty and described in the book as:

l elementary - for point ground beginners, without any difficulties.
ll easy - for point ground lacemakers with some experience, without 
significant difficulties.
lll average - for good point ground lacemakers, the passing through of the 
gimp or a similar technique may be necessary.
lV advanced - for ambitious point ground lacemakers, the passing through of 
the gimp and similar techniques are necessary.
V challenging - for the adventurous lacemakers, who like to puzzle. Several 
complicated techniques have to be done at the same time.

Although it's described as having German text, it's actually in German and
English. Having had a quick thumb through, there seems to be only one 
pattern at level l, a few at level ll, with the majority being at levels lV 
and V.

Barbara Fay in German sells the book at 49 Euros, including postage within

I've got the DVD mentioned by Bev, but have to admit that I haven't really 
looked at it - just a quick look to make sure it worked OK. Some people find 
(even though they're region free) the DVDs don't work on their DVD player 
connected to a TV, but they do using a computer's DVD drive. It's a 3-DVD 
set and has patterns for "Little Balls", "Big balls with honeycomb", "Big 
balls and flowers" and a floral bookmark. The printed working diagrams which 
accompany the DVD are very clear.

There are no UK stockists of the DVDs (Springetts only sell those that were 
done by Christine, and Jean Leader only sells her own). As Bev mentioned the
