Could you please wait a couple of days more?

The new profilers does use the new CMM, and packing all
this stuff is a headeache to me, since I do use Cygwin.

I could send to you raw sources, but it is likely you will
prefer a makefile too.

Sorry... just trying to make things easy

A lot of things. In the CMM there is full proofing capabilities and
much better absolute intents, also some ICC 4.0 support. The profilers
are mostly rewritten from scratch.
