My understanding is that you cannot change the Ancestral File, but you can 
make an additional submission with the corrected information. That's why we 
often find conflicting information there. Certainly this would be better 
than leaving only the incorrect file there. At least this would alert folks 
to the fact that there is an error in one or the other of the files and 
your name would be available for contacting. Please...let us know if I am 
wrong about this.
