Any time I want to work with a database I use excell.  It can sort by any
column heading and it is very user friendly.  The only thing you should be
VERY careful about is before sorting remember to highlight your entire
spreadsheet or it will mix it all up!!  This may have been solved in current
versions but I have just made it a habit now and have not checked it.
