It looks like it is just records of temple sealings.
I have never worried about the reason for privacy and restrictions, but a
few non members feel quite offended by this and would just like to know why.
They have Mormon ancestors and can't figure out why they can't have a copy
of the original record of temple marriage. We live in a small town in WY and
our director has no idea abt even where the phone number is, she is fairly
new.
