[LDS] (Fwd) printing-PAF

I had sent the following question to the PAF maillist but 
apparently had wrong address.   So I am trying here.   Hope 
somebody can help me.

I just completed putting in info back to 1500 in PAF.   Now I 
cannot figure out how to print a custom report (where each name 
is on a line one under the other).   I have tried "Help" and altho it 
mentioned a custom report did not have any helpful info.   I can 
do the pedigree but that is not the one I want.

This is sample of what I would like  to print.:

    John Jones
    +  Mary Smith
         Wm Jones
          Sally Jones   and so on along with the dates.

Could anyone help or direct me to where I can find the info to do 
this?  I would appreciate it.
