Hi Charlotte,

I sort regularly in Excel with just a group of lines for each branch of a name -

say line 801 to line 821.

the key is to block these lines by placing the pointer INSIDE the extreme left
line counter of 801 and dragging it down to 821.. then releasing the pointer -
the block should stay darkened.
Then top line Data, Sort by Column, then .. etc.
This then works inside the 'block'

Also to block everything ONE CLICK in the extreme top left square.
