[LDS] IGI CD's

Hello Listers
I have been accessing the IGI through the LDS website since it became
available. I see from other mailing lists that people refer to their copy of
the IGI CD's
 
Question:- 
1.    Are the CD's available for purchase?
2.    Does the IGI on the Website contain the same, less or more data than
the CD's?
3.    Does the IGI on the Website get updated?
