I downloaded Charting Companion 2.0 yesterday, but I have not been able to get it to work yet. I thought that it might have something to do with the fact that I didn't uninstall version 1.1 first, so I uninstalled both versions and then reinstalled 2.0, but I am still having the same problems. 1. When trying to preview a Fan Chart (or any other chart) it seems to take much longer than the older version did to create the chart. 2. When it is done creating the chart, it opens up in Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0.5 using the PDF Writer, but the report is completely blank. Sometimes I get a 5-page report that is completely blank on every page. Also, to view the file at a readable size it is at 3600% of "normal" size. I tried searching the Progeny website for solutions, but nothing I found there seemed to apply to the problem I am having. I guess I'll have to submit a problem report to them. Has anyone else had same or similar problems?
