refreshd-0.0.1 internals documentation

Hi,

I have written a documentation for everyone wanting to better understand
refreshd, its architecture and code. The doc is attached to this message
(compressed ascii). It's 7.6K in size so I think it's OK if I send it on
the mailing list too. Shlomi, am I right? 

Mulix, could you put it on your site together with the refreshd source
code?

I think that the document can be improved. Feedback from you is extremely
welcome and useful.
