I used it for my IP-Noise Project site. But a nice navigation bar and splitting the site into several pages is a good idea. And I kinda like the background picture. I don't think it's large enough to be a hog, and it makes the site look nicer, IMO. > b. We would like people to be able to find information more quickly in the site. > d. look at linux group sites from around the world : > http://wlug.linuxcare.co.nz/ (look at the icons in the bottom of this one > !! ) > http://www.ale.org/ > http://www.ntlug.org/ > http://www.blu.org/ > http://spot.elfwerks.com/~clue/ > > you can find the rest of this list on the LUG-how-to : > http://www.ntlug.org/archive/lug-howto/lug.html > (section 5.2) > FOA, we are not a LUG but rather a Linux Club. Secondly, the mass of lectures we had and are going to have justifies a re-structuring of the site. No graphics, no frames, but a better front page and organization of information into other pages. Also, parts of the site seem to become unbrowseable from the main page after a while (e.g: W2L), which is something I hope the new design will avoid.
