Sorry for taking so long to answer that
No, the r2l* programs don't have their own man pages, unfortunetly.
You do get a help message on startup and with pressing 'h':
r2lterminal key bindings:
Press 'r' to enable biditext, 'l' to disbale.
Press '1' to set bidi base state to LTR.
Press '2' to set bidi base state to Neutral.
Press '3' to set bidi base state to RTL.
Press 'h' to get this help message.
So you use 'r' and 'l' for the two importabt features of enabling
('r') and disabling ('j') biditext reversing.
You use '1', '2' and '3' to set the base direction (the context in
which every string passed to biditext is assumedto be in. See the
biditext man page)
To exit: press Ctrl-C.
