I was optimistic when I've put a threshold on the number of voters (per lecture, so it'll be re-runed). However, I believe a threshold need to be put (Giving again a lecture becuase 3 people want it, is not that assuring). So I'm suggesting the following: A) a threshold of 4 votes for the next round. B) Next round, we choose up to 6 lectures from the lectures which passed the first round. Just to update you all, two lectures recived 3 out of the 6 votes, and 4 recived 2 votes.
