Another Linux certification program - E-Certification

It looks like somebody else has entered into the web-based model of
delivering Linux certification.  I stumbled onto a link to "E-certification"
at:

   http://www.tekmetrics.com/cert/default.html

They do have something for Linux (I had to launch it out of a frameset
into a new window to get the URL):

   http://www.tekmetrics.com/cert/t/outlines/linuxoutline.html

It appears that the test is free... so I'm not sure how these folks
are funding the creation of exams. (I didn't actually take the Linux
one to see.)
