Exam Renewal Concensus

Ok, based on your feedback...here's the concensus point for Exam
Renewal:

LPI will review the contents of its test objectives and exams and revise
them as deemed necessary in order to provide for new material, test
validity, security, and to incorporate feedback.  Test objectives and
exams will not be reviewed less frequently than every two years.
