The requirements are:

1. Comfortable with Linux-based systems
2. Experience with QA of VOIP products.
3. Experience in writing QA documentation.

Nice to have:
* Some knowledge in C or PHP
* Experience in writing system design documents, MRDs, etc.
* Experience with testing web applications and VOIP gateways
