List assistance - Barak main DNS misbehaving ?

Hello,

I wish to request assistance from the list readers regarding unexpected
BARAK's main DNS behavior. It started when I couldn't access my personal web
site at a relative's house whose ISP is BARAK, and the session timed out on
a web browser, and also while using nslookup. The (supposed) culprits for
this unacceptable behavior are ns.barak.net.il ( 212.150.49.10) and another
DNS server which I cannot remember right now, 62.X.X.X. Both are served by
Baraks' DHCP L2TP dialer (on windows, maybe on other platforms as well).
When using BARAK's screwed up DNS servers, ***web-based*** whois, nslookup,
and ping, produce immediate (positive) results regarding my web site - which
is expected.

It seems not to happen to the support team at Barak (du!?!?!), but both at
my house, in my relative's house, with modem and with router, web browsing
and nslookup fail. When using netvision, or when I manually define TCP/IP to
use another BARAK DNS server - ns1.barak.net.il (206.49.94.234), the site is
displayed immediately. My web hosting is at an Israeli subsidiary of
globehosting.net which seems to have appropriately defined DNS servers.

To my surprise another very popular site (thus shameless self promotion
avoided) also fails both to be displayed on a browser, and to respond to
nslookup: http://petri.co.il. What i wish to ask the list is: Barak users,
please try to access daniel's site, and send me mail regarding the status of
connection (succeed/fail/irregular), which platform you're using
(win/mac/lin/other), and which DNS you were provided (or manually defined)
when connected to BARAK. I want to collect data, present the case to BARAK,
and try to solve the problem.

My mail is mikilewinger at gmail dot com.

Thanks a lot,

Michael Lewinger
