I had almost EXACTLY the same issues with Netvision's DNS. I also
tried to talk to few people there and that didn't help much either. At
the end I simply used other DNS services.

I think today the situation is better.

BTW, since Netvision and Barak are now (almost) one company, why won't
you use Netvision's DNS services?
