BTW, in my opinion, the change from http://mirror.iglu.org.il/ to http://mirror.isoc.org.il/ should have been annnounced on the list. In my case, I use URPMI in a script, so I had no way of knowing why updates just stopped working. Add the downtime on IGLU and you can see my problem. > > BTW - I still think the IGLU mirror should not be limited to only 2007.1 > > update sources - at least as long as 2007.0 is supported. > > Well, my policy is to keep the last stable version + the development > tree. I can see the point of not wasting storage (although at todays prices, . . . ) on large .iso files of a previous version, but I'd guess that the update mirror would not be a problem. You can't expect people to update to the latest version every 6 months - that's what update mirrors are for. Even Bill Gates doesn't issue a new version of his garbage every 6 months. In his case, it's more like once every 4 years. I can't offer you names of other 2007.0 users, but I'm sure they're out there and hope some of them will add requests. -- Shlomo Solomon http://the-solomons.net Sent by KMail (KDE 3.5.4) on LINUX Mandriva 2007 ================================================================= To unsubscribe, send mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the word "unsubscribe" in the message body, e.g., run the command echo unsubscribe | mail [EMAIL PROTECTED]
