I've picked the EX Musai box up and then put it back on the shelf
several times. If and when I see a good discount I will definitely
buy it. I wasn't attacking your choice of kits, we've beaten the EX
pricing question to death and beyond. I was just saying something
peripheral to segue to the size question. If it's 13.7cm long (234m)
it's much more reasonable than if it were 10.9cm (186m). At 13.7cm is
barely smaller than the old kit.

Of course I like the EX ships details. I was _also_ pretty sure I
would get the EX Musai, along with those White Baseish class ships.
But then at US$50+ per model I tend to find faults with them, as per
SOP.

Model Graphix's UC ship feature is mainly on the EX Musai, Salamis and
Magellan. All very fine quality models. The moment EX takes on a
0079 ship that hasn't been sitting on my shelf (mostly half finished)
I am jumping all over it. Say the Doros, at 6000-10000 Yens. I would
also go for a EX Big Tray. I am actually waiting for an oppotunity to
acquire/re-acquire the EX Gundam Transporter, Dodai II and Seed
Mechas.

BTW I think Musai is smaller than any of the White Base class ships
(except that dinky boat in V Gundam). Isn't it listed as a cruiser
class?

Bah... I'd be lucky to keep up with the (slow) pace of HGUC releases.
I also have two unopened boxes of Musai along with my finished one.
Plan (from 3-4 yrs ago) was to build an attack group of 3 Musais with
Char's as flag ship.

Yeah I will definitely not stick with GC line unless they do
interesting subjects. If GC releases a, say, Psyco Gundam II, I won't
go for it. (Bandai may think it's easier to pre-paint the details at
1/400 then to mold them at 1/144)

Speaking of possible (not probable) EX Big Tray, there are so many
cool landship designs out there, why don't we have more (or some?)
injection kits? I can't even think of one single injection kit of
landships.
