Alagad is looking to expand our training offerings in addition to our normal
consulting services.  Be it that I am the Texas based leg of Alagad, I
wanted to ping the group and see if there might be any interest in various
training topics if we were to setup a class (or several) here in the
metroplex.  Some topics that we have been looking at include:

 

.         Developing Applications with Model Glue ( beginner or
intermediate)

.         Developing Applications with Mach-II (beginner or intermediate )

.         Object Oriented Development with ColdFusion

.         Developing Flex Based Applications

 

Would anybody be interested in any of these topics or do you have a topic
that would be of interest?  We are just trying to gauge interest and see
where the need might be, so any feedback is appreciated.

 

Also, in case anybody has not heard, we have implemented a new affiliate
program at Alagad.  Essentially, if you're the first person to refer a
project to Alagad which then leads to a contract with the client, and you
notify Alagad of the referral, we'll pay you US $1 an hour for every hour we
work on the first two contracts with that client.  As with everything, there
are a couple of rules and conditions, but more information can be found at:
