of rolling out a Knowledge Management System (in the form of an Intranet)
and we require someone to help train and support staff to use it. The system
is very easy to use, so anyone with experience in using content management
systems would be able to very quickly get the hang of it. The system is
being externally hosted so there is no need for technical support in that
regard. The eDesk knowledge management project is a partnership between four
community organisations that work throughout Victoria in the areas of
homelessness and housing. The partner organisations are:
- HomeGround Services,
- Rural Housing,
- Sacred Heart Mission and
- St Kilda Community Rooming House.
The position is part time and we are very flexible with the hours. The
system has been developed to allow other community organisations to join the
