Marilyn: If you do that (give your very best) without any sort of coercion (demanding) that would be doing it because you want to. Forcing yourself to do something you don't want to do is a terrible form of abuse....IMO. Som: Not always, dear Marilyn. At times we do need to force yourself to do things. Actually, in the beginning, we need to force ourselves to do most things. Take any example: jogging, learning a new language, Math, writing, music, cooking, taking care of a child, a new relationship... there is a learning curve in almost anything that we do. Gradually, the body-mind gets used to doing the thing and then we do not have to force ourselves to do it. ------ PS. Have you got the pictures of your NC trip?
