do the best is acting intelligently.
Hum Somendra this is stupid, do
you see a difference between "the best you can do" and "all you can
do"?

over ("I am the best") then s/he is not acting
intelligently.
Agreed, anyone who "believes" the
domain of best, is an idiot.
