[bincimap] Just Thought I'd Let You All Know =(

I've had to migrate from bincIMAP...  We're now running courier.
This is due to the fact that binc consumes too many resources
READ: 15% CPU as opposed to couriers 5%
And also binci's insistance on logging to the /var/log/messages file
As well as the incompatibility with SquirrelMail 1.4
