I have no problems with bincimap 1.2.3 using Outlook in my lab... I can 
(un)/subscribe to all my folders and view all my messages.

On the other hand, I can reliably make Outlook crash by trying to 
subscribe to folders like "folder//subfolder".

Would you be able to post a unix directory listing of your mailbox?
